        Pricing & Payment

• Our trip is priced at €3,600 per person. This rate applies to both private bookings (minimum 2 people) and group trips (up to 12 participants). Shared room, no insurance.

  Currency

• All prices are set in EUR (€).
  Guests from the UK can pay in GBP (£), based on the live exchange rate on the day of payment.

  To help you estimate costs, here is an example based on an exchange rate of €1 = £0.855: €3,600 ≈ £3,080
  (Example only – the final GBP amount depends on the actual rate at the time of payment.)

       Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 60 days before the trip: Full refund minus the deposit.

• Less than 60 days before the trip, all bookings are non-refundable to cover upfront costs associated with accommodations, equipment, and logistics.

• If you need to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Important Details

• No Transfers or Credits: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or applied as credit for future retreats.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• We usually partner with a select group of trusted accommodations chosen for their comfort, character, and convenient location.

  Suppose any of these hotels is fully booked during your travel dates. In that case, we will provide similar alternatives of the same quality and standards, ensuring your experience remains just as enjoyable.

        Payment Schedule

• Deposit – €600 nnon-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
  This deposit is always non-refundable, regardless of timing.

• Remaining Balance – €3,000. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the trip.

  Cooling-Off Period (Balance Only)

• When you pay the remaining €3,000 (60 days before the trip), you have a 10-day cooling-off window.

• During this period (from day 60 to day 50 before the trip), you may cancel and receive a full refund of the €3,000, minus any bank/card fees.
